- Grape variety: Dolcetto
- Vinification: in stainless steel tanks at 26 -28°C for 8 – 10 days
- Ageing: In steel and concrete for 8-9 months before bottling
- Colour: deep ruby red wine with violet highlights.

Barbera d'Alba doc
- Grape variety: Barbera d’Alba
- Vinification: in oak barrels at 28 – 30°C for 15 – 18 days
- Ageing: from 8 to 10 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
- Colour: deep purplish red with shades of black.
- Bouquet: blackberry, cassis, plum, black pepper, tobacco, vanilla, chocolate and cherry.
- Pairing: characteristic dishes, cheeses, roast sausage, pizza, grilled steaks, grilled vegetables, fresh tuna steaks.

Langhe Rosso doc
- Grape variety: Grape varieties from Langhe area
- Vinification: The grapes spend 12-15 days macerated in the barrels at about 28°C.
Then they are moved to different 25 hl wooden barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place
- Colour: deep purplish red with shades of black.
- Bouquet: blackberry, cassis, plum, black pepper, tobacco, vanilla, chocolate and cherry.

- Pairing: medium-mature cheeses, roasts, game, duck, roast tomatoes and mushroom dishes.

- Vinification: in stainless steel tanks at 16-17°C for 10 days
- Ageing: In steel for 6-7 months
