ITALIANA PRESTIGE is a natural double fermentation sparkling wine produced for more than a century using the CHARMAT method, where the double fermentation takes place in large pressurised containers. This method is used for the production of the majority of sparkling wines in Western Europe.
The production of ITALIANA PRESTIGE sparkling wine began in 2003. Recipes and production processes perfected during more than a decade and the experience today helps to ensure a high and consistent level of quality.
ITALIANA PRESTIGE is produced from CHARDONAY and PINOT grape varieties – the most appropriate for sparkling wine.
Double fermentation in pressurised tanks lasts more than 30 days. In this process, carbon dioxide is absorbed very well, ensuring the extremely long lasting and entertaining play of bubbles in each glass.
