Winery, this sparkling rosé wine is the magnificent expression of Corvina and Rondinella. “Rondo’” is a young, fresh wine, low alcohol cotent suitable for any occasion.
Provenance: From vineyards of Azienda Agricola, located in Parona Valpolicella at 250 meters above sea level, tuffaceous and calcareous soils.The pruning system of the vineyards is guyot, at 6000 strains per hectar.
Grapes: Rondinella 60 % Corvina 40 %
Vinification and aging: The grapes are harvested by hand and collected in boxes of 10 kg, immediately brought to the cellar for processing. The pressing, followed by a cold maceration, enhances the extraction of fragrances and aromas typical of the varieties. The fermentation takes place without peeling, to reach and keep the pink color.Completed the fermentation at 16°C, the wine is ready for sparkling. The second fermentation takes place by long “Charmat Methode” to promote a fine bead. Continue working on the fine lees allow complete maturation of the product before the bottling.
Description: Roses pink color with violet tints. Fine and persistent.
At the nose is intense and fruity, smooth and floral blend with spice.
In the mouth, lively and intriguing, fresh pleasure that invites another taste.
