Instructions: Mix 70g of Japanese miso ramen soup (AF-831) and 360ml of boiled chicken soup stock.

♦ How to make soup  "Japanese miso ramen soup (AF-831) "  

1. Put Japanese miso ramen soup (AF-831)into a stainless container.

Prepare a bowl for ramen.

2. Put 70g of Japanese miso ramen soup (AF-831)into the bowl.

3. Add 15ml of special Seasoning oil into the bowl. If you like a strong taste, we recommend adding Wabushi senyou oil (No.1574) for bonito and mackerel flavor.

4. Pour in 360ml of boiled pork and chicken soup stock.

5. Mix well.

6. Cook some noodles and drain them, then remove water and place into the bowl.
*** BBQ pork, bamboo shoot, Naruto, onion and green laver can be served as toppings.




 
♦  Basic instruction for using Japanese ingredients oil  

Using special seasoning oil with Wafu miso ramen soup (AF-831), the flavor increases and becomes more delicious.

1. Lard is in the state of white solid form at room temperature. It need to be melted at around 80 °C

2. It becomes the transparent liquid oil. Pour the oil into a stainless steel container.
3. Pour 10ml of the oil into a bowl. The oil will make stronger the flavors of bonito and mackerel.

1.  For room temperature, lard oil in the solid formin white. Use it with boiled water at 80 dgree celucius.
