Kulfi Indian Ice-cream machine is the famous Indian ice-cream served by most Indian restaurants all over the world. Kulfi machine makes kulfi special texture from the small bits of milk-skin that comes from simmering the milk slowly in an open wok. Traditionally, Kulfi-wallahs used to freeze it in little earthenware or terracotta cones, with earthenware lids sealed in place with dough. Kulfi was then frozen in old fashioned Kulfi ice-cream makers using a mix of salt and ice, to lower the temperature enough to freeze. You can make it in any container in your home freezer. Kulfi is served with Falooda or on its own.
