Color: Attractive dark cherry, cherry, very intense, clean and bright.
Bouquet: Fruity, sweet, very elegant with notes of ripe fruit on plant background and spices. Fine oak notes, jam and mineral background.
Taste: The palate is elegant, concentrated and fleshy. Sweet tannins. It has a long and intense after taste. Excellent potential.
Matching: Pair it it with red meat, big game and cured cheeses.
