Description:
Lactase Delaczym Max is a lactose-reducing powder enzyme product used for the food and feed production of high-quality, low-lactose milk and milk-based products, which is produced by submerged fermentation of a conventional microorganism.
Lactase Delaczym Max is a free from side activities, which prevents off-tastes.
Lactase Delaczym Max reacts with lactose to form a mixture of glucose and galactose. It is robust and capable of working at the pH ranges found in most milk and milk-based products such as regular fresh milk, UHT milk, ice cream, yoghurts, lassies and dulce de leche.
