Application Lactic acid is producted from natural grain starch by leading biofermentation and refining technology. It can be used as acidulate and pH regulator in fruit wine, beverage, meat, cake making, vegetables pickling, grain processing and preservation of the fruit. The main functions are to preserve and flavour. Because lactid acid is the connatural component in dairy product, it has the flavor as dairy product and good function of anti-animalcule, can be used in yoghourt, cheese and ice cream.
