In addition to European mutton, Jan Zandbergen WWQM have for a number of years been importing New Zealand lamb from, amongst other sources, the Horizon Meats abattoir. At present, we import all standard European cuts in the frozen state. Provided the quantities ordered permit it, fresh lamb is often possible. The following are a few examples of the cuts which can be ordered:
- Legs bone-in or boneless
- Saddles, range of rib quantities and millimetres
- Loin deboned
- Lamb filets
- Frenched and Saratoga racks
- Shoulders, bone-in or boneless/with or without shank
- Offal
The Horizon brand guarantees products of an exceptionally high and consistent quality. In addition, the brand is highly flexible as regards purchasers’ individual wishes (manner of labelling, packing and cutting). Fresh meat is under certain circumstances available.
