The Pensato Olive Grove nestles amongst the gently sloping Apulian hills: once the residence of Frederic II, King of the "Two-Sicilies". It is within these surroundings where only the very best olives ripen. The Peranzana is the most well known: a juicy olive with a firm pulp containing oil of a particularly high quality.
