This kind of beef have 100 years historian. It was produced by my hometown Shi cuan Province. The beef is specially choosen the meat of the yellow cattle's leg and use the traditonal processing makes the flavour fresh and delicious. The meat body is so thin that it disappeared once you put into your mouth.
