DESCRIPTION

Unikzyme XYL is a xylanase derived from a strain of Trichoderma reesei. Typical application areas for Unikzyme XYL include plant extractions and brewing.

 

Microbiological Specifications

1.Effect of pH

Unikzyme XYL is active over a wide rang between pH4.0-6.5, and the optimum pH is 5.5.

2.Effect of Temperature

The activity of Unikzyme XYL is effective in a range of 50- 75°C, with an optimum performance at 65°C.
