The new-generation liquid nitrogen dosing system machine developed by Sichuan Aosituo Technology features austenitic stainless steel construction and advanced vacuum insulation technology, ensuring stable vacuum quality. During the interval between filling and sealing, the liqud nitrogen injector machine employs modern liquid nitrogen dosing technology to precisely inject liquid nitrogen before sealing the container; the liquid nitrogen rapidly absorbs heat and expands approximately 700 times in volume into nitrogen gas, thereby generating internal pressure and displacing oxygen.
The compact design and simple installation of the liquid nitrogen doser machine make it suitable for filling production lines of edible oils, beverages, fruit juices, milk, mineral water, chips, milk powder, dried fruits, nuts, and cereals.
