DESCRIPTION
Unikzyme LTA is a liquid α-amylase derived from a strain of Bacillus subtilis. Typical application areas for Unikzyme LTA include starch sugar, alcohol, brewing, textile, dye & printing, papermaking, cereal cooker starch liquefaction and wort production.
TYPICAL CHARACTERISTICS
1.Effect of pH
Unikzyme LTA is active over a wide rang between pH6.0-7.2, and the optimum pH is 6.0. Once below pH 5.0, Unikzyme LTA will lose its most activity.
2.Effect of Temperature
Unikzyme LTA is quite stable under 60°C, with an optimum performance at 60-70°C.
