Lutein are antioxidants found in many plants and vegetables including red pepper and cabbage etc. Lutein are yellow pigment belongs to the carotenoid family. Lutein can lower the risk of age related vision loss by protecting the retina from damage of the photo-oxidative affect of blue light.
