Based on its experience and tradition Cesarin SpA has created the innovative LWA vegetables range Greenline , offering an alternative to the use of dehydrated and frozen products. The advantage of these vegetables is the small content of water, which is lower than in the fresh products.
The LG (low grade) line has a great organolectic aspect, high resistance to the producing process and a limited water release. Vegetables of LG line are the alternative to fresh or frozen products in the preparation of industrial pizza, quiches, sandwich and wherever a reduced water activity helps the conservation, keeping unaltered the freshness.
The HG (high grade) line, with a low moisture grade and water activity, offers the same easy use of dehydrated vegetables avoiding the limits of these ingredients, which are due to the poor organolectic condition and excessive fibers. HG line has the ideal use in the preparation of bakery products like special breads, crackers and breadsticks, in the manufacture of meats, conserved fish, salumi and fillings, as well as added ingredient to sauces and dips.
By utilizing the LWA Greenline, the result, in the final product, is a longer shelf life and a clearly better aspect and taste.
