MONTEBADUCCO COMPANY is the First European Donkey Farm-Industry specialized in production and supply on large scale ORGANIC DONKEY MILK LYOPHILIZED (freeze dried) in powder form, named "Biomilkey". Montebaducco Donkey milk is obtained from a self sufficient farm located in Reggiano territory, in northern Italy. The company thanks to its largest breeding (800 heads) to ensure high quality and food safety trade only its products, made with Organic farming method (certified by ICEA) and in compliance with Italian and European legislation. Due to its technological properties, Montebaducco donkey milk is processed (pasteurized, lyophilized and packaged) in a Processing plant inside the company.
