Macadamia Kernel is our core business and we lead the world in quality. Because we are owned by growers we are guaranteed substantial quantities of in-shell for processing every year which enables us to commit large quantities of kernel to our customers and meet their expectations every time. It also enables us to implement on-farm quality systems that ensure our macadamias are wholesome and fresh when they get to the consumer. We are also able to supply substantial quantities of a much wider range of kernel sizes than any other macadamia and oil are all in stoke processor, a factor that is important to many of our customers
