Where to Use

• Always locate the Plasters as close to the pain as possible

How to Use

• Clean area and dry thoroughly
• Peel plaster from backing and stick to skin, pressing to ensure adhesion
• For sensitive skin, it is advisable not to apply the plaster on the same spot continuously
• For external use only

How to Re-Use

• Take a replacement plaster strip and remove the protective circle from the strip.
• Peel the old plaster away from the magnet
• Stick the old magnet onto the new plaster, taking care to place the flat side of the magnet on the plaster
• When re-using always ensure that magnet's DOMED SURFACE WILL BE AGAINST THE BODY when the plaster is applied

Length of Treatment

• The Plasters should be removed for a few hours every 24 hours to allow the body to normalise. Re-apply after a few hours and repeat as necessary
