Description of process and equipment:
1. The quality of equipment is very good compared with imported ones,the vegetable or animal oil can be used as raw material for production of butter.
2.This equipment mainly consists of rapid cooling device , kneading devices , hot water circulation system inside the shaft , nitrogen import equipment , Refrigeration systems , pressure pumps and other componets .Users can organize emulsion,ingredients,packaging and other auxiliary parts to achieve the oil production.
3.The equipment has the cooling system inside the host machine,characterized of compact structure,reliable operation,small occupation .
4. The equipment are completely produced at home,wearing parts and spare parts all reach national standards,which are easy for daily maintenance .Main parts are made of stainless steel with higher corrosion resistance,meeting health requirements.Compared to simmilar products abroad,the equipment is more efficient .
