We offer Milk Permeate in bulk. Milk Permeate is a product that is generated when producing Milk Protein Concentrate (MPC). It originates after the ultra filtration of milk. After separation it is spray dried and made into a powder. Milk Permeate consists of lactose, vitamins, minerals and water. Functional properties such as foaming and heat stability are suitable.
