Japanese Flavor Green Tea Matcha powder
1)Material and Process:
Our matcha is processed with the very good material of most fresh leaves produced in April or May. Use the plastic membrane covering over tea trees to shelter against the sun. Such cultivation method could increase the tea's chlorophyll by 60%, amino acids by 40%,and make it less bitter and more green.
The process procedure is steaming the fresh leaves, drying(driying for several times, gradually drying and drying),
then processing it by cutting, grinding into micro powder.
2)Flavor:
Due to it's good quality in the materials choice and unique production process,the color is more green than general green tea, the taste is more fresh and fascinating and the flavor lasts long.
3)Function:
Matcha contains rich nutrients and trace elements, the main component is tea polyphenols, caffeine, free amino acids, chlorophyll, protein,cellulose, vitamin C, A, B1, B2,B3, B5, B6, E, K, H,potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, sodium, zinc, selenium, fluorine, etc,nearly 30 kinds.
There is no additives, no preservatives, no artificial colors in our matcha.
You could drink it directly, or use for flavouring in chocolates, candy, desserts, ice cream, drinks, etc.
