VP922 is mainly composed of sodium alginate, with calcium salt and other additives to form irreversible gel. VP922 leads to minced meat to whole peace of meat ,which is safe and healthy.
1.Taking 15kg water and adding 1kg VP922 to dissolve get solution sparing;
2.Adding the solution to the minced meat at a ratio of 15-20% of the weight of the meat.And make the solution uniformly attached to the surface of the meat.
3.Filling the minced meat of step 3 into the container and pressing molding.
4.Refrigerated for 4-6 hours, put into cold storage after shaping.
