Mini 20L bowl cutter is equipped with 1 motor for the both knife speeds and 1 motor for the bowl speed. Its head with 3 knives can be dismantled easily and washed in diswashers. The monobloc frame is built with thick plates in 18-/10 stainless steel in order to ensure a high rigidity and no vibration. The quality bowl (thickness : 5 mm) allows to adjust the knives. No vibrations. Complies with CE standards.
