pretzel   is a type of  baked   bread product made from Wheat dough   most commonly found in a unique  knot -like shape. Other shapes like rods, sticks, snowflakes, rings and squares are also being produced to meet consumer needs. It’s a fully cooked product with very low water activity making it a shelf-stable RTE (Ready To Eat)tasty snack product. The most common Seasoning on pretzels is salt but other seasoning/coating profiles can be applied to a regular pretzel.
