2) Milk of dry fat-free 1,5 % fat content. It is made of the pasteurised fat-free cow milk by a condensation and the subsequent drying. A consistence - small sprayed dry powder. The insignificant quantity of the lumps easily scattered at mechanical influence is supposed. Taste and a smell - peculiar to the fresh pasteurised milk without any extraneous smacks and smells. Colour - white with a light cream shade. Food value (the maintenance in 100 g a product, not less): fats, g, no more - 1,5; fibers, g, not less - 32,0; carbohydrates, g, not less - 50,0. Power value - 341,0 kcal Packing: paper four-layer bags with polyethylene loose leaves. Net weight - 25 kg. Realisation term - 8 months.
