Intended Application

The test strip is used for detecting detecting ßlactams group & Tetracyclines group (BTC) and sulfonamide group :  penicillin G, ampicillin, amoxicillin, oxacillin, cloxacillin, dicloxacillin, nafcillin, cefquinome, cefacetrile, cefalonium, cefazolin, cefoperazone, cephapirin, ceftiofur, and Tetracycline, Doxycycline, Oxytetracycline, Chlortetracycline,sulfonamides,in raw commingled cow milk above or below tolerance and/or safe levels.

Principle

The kit is a competitive colloidal gold immunoassay method. Sample is added to sample hole, if there is ßlactams & Tetracycline's (BTC) and sulfonamide in samples, it will combine with marked antibodies, preventing the marked antibodies from combining the (BTS) antigens of NC nitrocellulose membrane.
