The Beta-Glucanase (Model No. Gluzyme-P) is a class of pure enzyme which obtained from the high producing microbial strain by submerged fermentation process, mainly used for food, feed, brewing, FRUIT JUICE extraction, wine purification etc.
Chemical Property:Gray white amorphous powder or liquid, can add a vector and diluent. Soluble in water, basic not soluble in ethanol, chloroform and ether.
Useage: Enzyme preparation. Mainly used for glucan content increased Sugar cane juice viscosity caused by lower metamorphic sugar cane sugar industry, to improve the heating speed, sugarcane juice clarification and crystallization time shortened. Usage can add glucanase 30 international units per liter of sugarcane juice, keep 20min at 40 Centigrade, can make 68% dextran decomposition
