Mineral water production line mainly includes water treatment system, bottle blowing system, mineral water filling system, packing system, such as full mineral water production equipment.
The production process of bottled mineral water and bottled pure water is similar, only a slight change in the water treatment section, other sections such as bottle blowing, filling, packing can be common. In water treatment of pure water production line, with the following equipment: silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion exchanger, precision filter, reverse osmosis, ozone generator. In water treatment of mineral water production line, with the following equipment: silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion exchanger, precision filter, hollow fiber filter, ultraviolet disinfection machine. The beneficial elements to human body in mineral water need to be retained. Once go through the reverse osmosis, all impurities, microorganisms, bacteria and these beneficial mineral elements will be removed.
To be based on 500ml bottle, when the yield of bottled water production line is less than 2000b/h, it can be equipped with the linear type mineral water filling machine. When the yield is more than 2000b/h, it can be equipped with mineral water 3 in 1 filling machine. The complete mineral water production line consists of the following three parts:
①water treatment system: silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion exchanger, precision filter, hollow fiber filter, ultraviolet disinfection equipment, water tank.
②bottle blowing, filling system: bottle blowing machine, bottle unscrambler, air conveyor, mineral water filling machine, cap elevator, bottle caps sterilization equipment, conveying system, light checker.
③mineral water packing system: wind dryer machine, data printer, labeling machine, film packaging equipment.
Mineral water production line is controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC). By the HMI, it can real-time monitor the running parameters and status of all equipments and timely feedback fault flashpoint and intelligently provide corresponding solutions to make equipments run stably again in the shortest possible time. The electrical and gas components of mineral water production line adopts well-known foreign brands such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron. The 304 stainless steel material to be used in the filling line is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. It is the mechanical, electrical, gas trinity and fully automated mineral water production line.
