    Widely used in food factory, Monascus Red colorant is produced by the liquid deep fermentation and unique extraction technology. Colorant of Monascus Red which is made from rice and soybean has the merits of nutrition, nature and multi-function. A litter bit of Monascus Red Pigment can greatly improve the coloring of food, make it look yummier.

Usage: Add Monascus red pigment into the marinade sauce. After marinating, put into the oven which temperature is set to 250℃ and bake for 15 minutes. Then coat the skin with a thin layer of barbecue juice. Reduce the oven temperature to 150℃ and bake for another 40 minutes.

Recommended dosage: 0.5-1 of the total material weight
