Character: White, crystalline powder, or plate crystal specific gravity 2.220, when heated to 100 a , it may lose crystal water. Soluble in acid, slightly acid and has hygroscopicity, acidic property appeared in an aqueous solution (PH3).

Use: In food industry, it is used as leavening agent, dough modifier, buffer, modifier, solidification agent, nutritional supplement, chelae agent, fluty agent for bake,   cake, ferment agent buffer, fruit acid solidification in bread and cracker, yeast food, modifier in meat organization, improve sacc-haification and ferment in brew.
Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer, the net weight of each bag is 25kg .

Storage & Transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse; kept away from moisture during transport, and handled with care, so as to avoid damage to bags. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
