NOSE: fruity, with fruity and floral notes
TASTE: sweet, delicate and elegant, sparkling
PAIRINGS: sweet wine suitable for desserts, very good as an aperitif too. Serve at 8-10°C
YIELD PER HECTARE: 70 HL
HARVEST: first-second week of September
PROCESSING: soft pressing, destemming and fermentation for 1 week with temperature control until the Alcohol content of 5.5% by vol. is reached, the wine is then filtered to eliminate the yeasts. The wine is cooled to 0°C to stop any further fermentation.
MATURATION: stored in stainless steel barrels
