HOW THE MULTIHEAD WEIGHER WORKS
Product arrives to TOP CONE and is distributed by the LINEAR FEEDERS to the LOAD BUCKETS. Then, it is dumped to the WEIGH BUCKETS. When a combination is found, selected weigh buckets dump product in the COLLATING CHUTE to the packing machine.
Optional(different prices):
1. Weigh Buckets can be 1,3 or 2,5 liters
2. All surfaces in contact with product can be smooth, dimpled or with teflon or electroliticpolishing treatment depending on product.
3. Vibrating pans can be inclinated.
4. Collating chute can be more or less inclinated.
5. Top cone can be with rotating motor.
Collect Bucket:
This optional bucket collects the product at end of the bottom funnel and drops carefully to the bagger avoiding product dispersion and mistreating.
