It’s very easy to use the cotton stick to absorb essential oils and assemble the 3 parts together yourself ---only 1 minutes to follow the instructions:

Step 1: Simply saturate the Absorbent wick with 10 - 20 drops of your favorite essential oil or blend.

Step 2: Insert the saturated absorbent wick into the Inhaler (Inner Shell) and secure the Seal Cap.

Step 3: Tightly screw on the Container (Outer Shell) to keep scent from drying out.
