Oxidation power refers to the ability of substances to bind with oxygen, and the rusting of substances is typical example. On the other hand, reduction power refers to the ability of substance regaining its original luster. Threrfore, the lower the oxidation-reduction potential, the stronger the reduction power.

An analysis conducted by the independent organization Japan Food Research Laboratories showed tha t Vana H ( the product ) had an oxidation-reduction potential of 50 mV and Vana H source water had an even higher value of -120 mV. There are better values compared to even pure water ( purified water ) , which the same test was conducted on to establish a standard and was found to have a value of 440 mV.

 

 

Perfect product management in our production plant We use the nonthermal aseptic filtration method and put value on the concept of “bottling natural water as it is”. We do filling and sterilizeing bottles in a clean room at the condition called “ Class 100” which means the room is almost perfectly germ-free.
