want to introduce VEDEQSA as a leader in Spain of Food Additives products in different kinds of fields. We have been working in such field since 1950's.
I am interested in Natutal Rennet ( Chymosin/Pepsin 80/20 and Chymosin/Pepsin 50/50). We can import about of 40 tons per year of each one.
Natutal Rennet: Extract, traditionally obtained from a calf's stomach, that contains the enzyme rennin, used to coagulate milk in the cheesemaking process.
Rennin: An enzyme that catalyzes the coagulation of milk, found in the gastric juice of the fourth stomach of young ruminants and used in making cheeses and junkets. Also called chymosin, rennet
