OUR NOTES AND FOOD MATCHING the grapes are harvested by hand at the optimal age, ensuring their health and integrity. This medium bodied and velvety wine with balanced tannins is the result of limited production per plant. We recommend it with different traditional Italian dishes like “Pasta con le sarde”, or even with Pizza. Serving temperature: 14-18°C
