FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
This machine is new specialized equipment applied for corn hulling, de-germinating, polishing and the removal of tip cap. Raw grains are hulled, de-germinated and polished under the intensive processing of rotating cylinder and screen after the raw materials are delivered into the hulling chamber. The end products achieve the required accuracy after Kernel and bran are separated with the help of wind.

This machine is a new one for hulling, removing germ and polishing. The corn can be processed into kernel only once. The kernel and peel can be completely separated away because of innovational used the eight angles hulling box and structure of wind through the kernel exit.  It can work with small line.

It can also for peeling and polishing other products. Such as, wheat kernel peeling 700kg/h; Millet polishing 1000 kg/h; Other grain & nut polishing 1500 kg/h, etc.
