We added Fish meal of anchovy and bonito to a rich soup of pork and chicken. It is full-bodied soup. ♦ How to make soup "Dry fish noodle soup (AC-588)

1. Please wash the boiled noodles with cold water.
2. Pour the product in to a stainless steel container.                                                                                     3. Please mix well before use. Please balance the sauce and oil.                                                                   4. Pour 50 ml of the Niboshi tukemen soup into a bowl.                                                                               5. Please add 5 ml of "Wabushi-oil (No.1574)" into the bowl. Flavor of bonito and mackerel are added, it is delicious.                                                                                                                                                6. Pour 200 ml of heated "Chintan Gara Soup" into the bowl.                                                                       7. Mix well.                                                                                                                                             8. Dish up like in the photograph.                                                                                                         ***Serve into the dipping soup with BBQ pork, bamboo shoot, spring onion, boiled egg, and "NARUTO" as toppings.

 
 

 

 

♦ How to use "Wabushi-oil(No.1574)"

"Wabushi-oil" is oil seasoning. You can add the flavor of bonito and mackerel scad sum of the section.

 

 

1. When a product is normal temperature, it is in the state which solidified white.
Without opening the product, please warmed in hot water of 80 degrees.
2. If a product is warmed, it will become transparent liquefied oil.
Please move oil to a stainless container.
3. Please add 5ml "(No.1574) Wabushi-oil".
Flavor of bonito and mackerel scad are added, it is delicious.

 

♦ How to make "Chintan-GaraSoup" using
"Honjikomi-GaraSoup (E-418)"

With using chicken soup for Ramen, It does taste like the one in Japan.
Introducing easy way to make chicken soup with Chicken Soup Liquid(E-418).

 

 

 

1.  For room temperature, lard oil in the solid formin white. Use it with boiled water at 80 dgree celucius.
2.  Use 2kg of Chicken Soup Liquid for 6 to 8 litres of water.
3.  Boil the chicken soup for Ramen soup.

 

How to eat "Tsukemen"

As for "Tsukemen" popular in Japan, noodles and soup are divided.

Tsukemen is ramen noodles which dip and eat noodles in soup.

Compared with Japanese ramen, soup is deep. And thick noodles.

After noodles boiled, Please wash them with cold water. And dish them up in another vessel. I call "Hiya-Mori" in Japan.

Warm noodles are calling it "Atsu-Mori." You can eat in addition to the Gara-Soup soup.

 

 

1. Please dish up soup and noodles like a photograph.

2. Please dip noodles in soup.

3. Please dip noodles in soup and eat them.

4. If it finishes eating noodles, please prepare Gara-soup.

5. Please add Gara-soup to the remaining soup.

6. Please drink it.
