Handling
1: Receive product and keep frozen
2: To use, thaw under Refrigeration 2ºC~7ºC for 24 to48 hours
3: Shake product before opening and pour into whipping bowl. Liquid product should no more than 20% of bowl's capacity
4: Mix with water, dairy, Juice or Yogurt at ratio of 2 part Whip Topping BASE to 1 part other liquid. If you need extra stability, mix two part Whip Topping BASE to 0.75 parts other liquid
5: Whip the liquid using a wire whip at medium speed until the product stiffens to your desired consistency
6: It's OK to freeze the finished product once it is whipped

Shelf-Life:  
- 12 months frozen. 
- 2-3 weeks refrigerated.
- 5-6 days once whipped and iced on a refrigerated cake.
