Nonfat milk powder is a powder milk product with not less than 95% of milk solids weight fraction, not more than 34% of protein weight fraction in nonfat milk solids and not less than 1.5% of fat weight fraction. The product is manufactured by way of water extraction from pasteurized nonfat cow milk.
Consumption rate:
For 1 ton of skim milk powder there's a need in 12.42 tons of regular milk in production.
From 1 ton of regular milk the yield of nonfat milk powder is accounted for 80.5 kg
