 3.1  In order to make the machine run smoothly and reliably, it should be installed dryly and ensure it is on the level ground.

3.2  The cis-dustpan is not installed on the machine so as to make it easy to package and transport. You should install the cis-dustpan and the junction-dustpan according to the diagram above.

3.3   Make sure the supply voltage is coincide with the permit voltage of the machine

3.4   Stretch the power cord, make the core cord which is remarked be firmly earthed, then put the three remaining lines be separately connected to the leading-out wire terminals of the circuit breaker(10A) (user-owned), and then connect the lead line reliably on the equipotential which is marked. Switch on the power, place the switch handle in the position of "cis", if the machine can run smoothly with no abnormal noise, it can put into working.

3.5  Dough sheet processing: put the switch in the position of "cis" to process the dough sheet, the stirred flour should be from thick to thin to adjust the roll gap when it is kneading ,the thickness of coming into is 2 ~ 3 times thicker than that of coming out. The repeated kneading and pressure can make the dough have better feast and taste better, we recommend our users to take full use of the machine’s advantage : its function of kneading and pressure. The dough sheet should be 3 ~ 5 mm thick before cut, and should be rolled with a roller stick as to be reserved.

3.6   Cut the dough sheet into noodles:

 (a) Install the Noodle cutter: Both side of the grid plate have two slot, put the noodle cutters into slots, and make sure the gear which on the noodle cutter meshing with the large gear, then tighten wing nut and fix the noodle cutter with a fixed bracket.

(b) Put the spare dough sheet into the gap between the two rollers, then re-press the dough sheet and cut into the noodles, fall into the junction-dustpan. The operator should cut off the noodles and pull out, then put them on the drying rack.
