Onion Hot Pepper Paste has replaced farinaceous material of regular hot pepper paste with onion to utilize helpful substances and nutritional functions of onion. In taste-wise, it is not as spicy as the regular hot pepper paste and also gives sweet taste like ketchup that it can be widely used for various foods. We expect to develop this traditional Onion Hot Pepper Paste into sauce that fits to the taste of people in international food markets.
