Criollo Cacao is appreciated as the variety of cacao with the best flavor and it is recognized as the highest quality.
Origin: The cacao producing areas in Peru are: Tumbes, Piura, Cajamarca, Amazonas, San Martín, Huánuco, Ucayali, Junín, Ayacucho and Cusco.

Uses of Cacao in Different Industries:
-Cacao Beans: for the manufacture of cacao derivatives (nibs, powder, Butter, liquor).
