organic gunpowder tea is a form of green Chinese tea, which each leaf has been rolled into a small round pellet. Gunpowder tea leaves are withered, steamed, rolled, and then dried. Although the individual leaves were formerly rolled by hand, today most gunpowder tea is rolled by machines (though the highest grades are still rolled by hand). We have our tea garden in Jiangxi province, which produces all kinds of Gunpowder tea, such as 3503, 3505, 9372, 9373,9374,9399,9475, 9575 and 9675.
