Organic Pure Rice Vinegar Rice Vinegar 360 ml

The rice for our rice vinegar, selected by company president

Oochi Katsushi, is organically grown "Akita Komachi" rice that soaked up plenty

of sunshine as it was cultivated in the rice fields of Ogata Village in Akita Prefecture.

When it is time to harvest this rice, our president

goes to the growers to purchase it under contract.

This is why the production of this product is limited.

- Factory Location -

This diligently cultivated "Akita Komachi" is then shipped with care to Hiroshima,

and at our factory nestled in the bountiful nature of the Chugoku Mountains

we use natural spring water rich in minerals to make trustworthy,

safe, healthy, and delicious rice vinegar.

-       Feature       -

It takes considerable time and effort to make rice vinegar.

First we wash the rice, then steam it, and finally wring the fermented mash to make pure rice wine.

Our secret formula of vinegar bacteria is added to this pure rice wine,

and then it is allowed to sit and slowly ferment for four and a half months,

after which we finish the vinegar by adding natural spring water from northern Hiroshima.

With a full-bodied aroma and a smooth acidity, it is the highest quality of vinegar.
