The honey of the Jatai bee Terra Vermelha is organic and produced at our own facility.Native of Brazil, the Jatai bee is docile and produces a honey that is not only smooth and flavorful, but is also sought for its medicinal properties. It is used as an anti inflamatory, specially for the eyes. Besides the honey, the Jatai bee produces wax and propolis of the best quality. In comparison with other bees, the Jatai produces less honey but of an incomparable quality.
