Fresh, clean, ripe and sound organic peach fruits which are transferred to the Organic Peach Puree production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected organic PEACHES are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Organic Peach Mash is obtained. After that, the organic peach mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Organic Peach Puree.

 

Organic Peach Puree is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed organic peach puree is transferred to the storage area.
