Quinoa’s HOJULAS are Royal Quinoa grains which have been flattened. Like the oats, they provide an energetic breakfast, often accompanied with milk or honey. It can also thicken and make some soups more nutritive . Reccomendable in order to decrease cholesterol and fight against anemia.
