Our product of star aniseed (botanical name: illicium verum) is original from Vietnam & called under other names, such as Ba jiao (Chinese), Anis de la chine (French), Steranijs (German), Bunga lawang (Indonesia), Anice stellato (Italian), Badyan (Russian) or Badian (Spanish). It’s mainly used for spices in India & some other countries. In addition, it’s used for decoration in some countries in Europe such as The Netherlands, Italy, etc. In China, it’s applied in traditional medicine as herbal materials or extracting essential oil for producing perfume.
Our star aniseed is organic, it does not contain sulfur dioxide- SO2 or other toxic elements for human health.
